Fujl9 Terms & Conditions — Please read before using

Fujl9 is an online Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between fujl9 and its users. By using the fujl9 website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms of this agreement.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. In the event of changes, we will notify users via their registered email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English; in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• Fujl9 reserves the right to decline any user's registration request without providing a reason.
• By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• All content, design, and software on fujl9 is copyrighted and unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

To open an account with fujl9, you must register with accurate and complete information. Only one account per person is permitted. If the same individual is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full name (as per national ID or passport)
• Date of birth (confirming you are 18 or older)
• Active mobile number or email address
• Mobile banking number (bKash/Nagad/Rocket — if you wish to use it for payments)

Fujl9 may request identity documents, proof of address, or other supporting materials at any time as part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

To place bets on fujl9, you must have sufficient balance in your account. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled; however, if a cash-out option is available, you may settle the bet yourself.

• Minimum Bet: A minimum stake is set for each bet, which may vary by market.
• Maximum Bet: Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event or market.
• Odds change: In live betting, odds change in real time; the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• Match Cancelled: If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Technical Error: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, fujl9 reserves the right to void the affected bet.

You can combine multiple bets into an accumulator. In an accumulator, if any single leg loses, the entire bet is considered lost.

Fujl9 reserves the right to accept or void any bet, particularly if there is reason to believe someone is attempting to manipulate the system or gain an unfair advantage.

Fujl9 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically completed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number that was used to make the deposit.

Fujl9 does not charge any transaction fees; however, your mobile banking service provider may apply their own charges.

Deposited funds should only be used for betting purposes. Attempting to withdraw without placing any bets after a deposit may be considered misuse of the system.

Fujl9 regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and various seasonal promotions. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw a bonus, you are generally required to wager 15–30x the bonus amount. Please refer to the specific promotion's terms.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry date; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Misuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses or manipulate the system will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Fujl9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Your account must be fully verified to be eligible for any promotional offer.

Fujl9 employs the highest level of technical measures to protect users' personal data. All data transfers are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities when required by law.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• Change your password regularly and never share it with anyone.

Fujl9 believes betting is a form of entertainment, not addiction. That's why we provide a range of tools and features to promote responsible betting.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on how much you bet within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period if you choose.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders about your betting time and spending.

You may request to close your account at any time through Support. Any pending bets must be settled before the account is closed, and you will have the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance.

• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus or System Misuse
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud
• If proven to be underage
• Disrespectful behaviour toward other users or staff on the platform

If a dispute arises regarding any bet or transaction, please contact fujl9's Customer Support Team first. The Support Team will review your complaint within 48 hours.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
• In the event of a dispute, fujl9's server logs and database records will be treated as conclusive evidence.
• If you are not satisfied with the Support Team's decision, you may request an escalated review.

Fujl9 is committed to resolving all disputes quickly and fairly. Our goal is for every user to leave satisfied.

Fujl9 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes, we will notify users in the following ways:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email.
• You will be notified via the platform's in-app notifications.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be changed.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
